Is a founding partner of Rodriguez & Fuentes, P.C., a nine lawyer firm handling personal injury, medical malpractice, matrimonial, real estate and other general practice areas. With 28 years experience practicing law, Mr. Rodriguez has always handled matters involving real estate law and matrimonial law with its complex issues of equitable distribution, support and custody. He is also a certified Guardian and Court Evaluator and a Real Estate Licensed Broker.

Mr. Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He graduated Cum Laude and was awarded the Leonard E. Reisman Medal for Scholarship and Service. Mr. Rodriguez started his career in the courts as a Court Officer followed by a brief stint as a Court Clerk from 1977 to 1978. While working full-time at the Bronx Criminal Court, Mr. Rodriguez attended Seton Hall School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1978. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Rodriguez worked as a Staff Attorney with Bronx Legal Services before going into private practice. Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in all four Federal District Courts. He has argued appeals before the Appellate Division and has appeared in many trial courts throughout New York State. Mr. Rodriguez has held the position of Adjunct Professor at CUNY Bronx Community College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Understanding the importance of literacy and wanting to provide a forum for discussing community issues, Mr. Rodriguez and his daughter, Alisa Rodriguez Fuentes, Esq., formed the Wellness Fair Committee. The Committee, which is comprised of lawyers, community leaders and friends, seeks to disseminate information related to health, finances, education and legal representation.
